I shared this wine with an associate of mine, and they
liked it immensely; they really hadn't had any white wines
that they like before, as their previous expenses were very
acidic.
The wine itself is a combination of four different
grapes, and I believe that the Pinot Grigio brings down the
wine in such a way that a muff works on a brass instrument;
it gives it a different feel and flair.
The wine has aspects that go up, down, and even
sideways, and in that I simply refuse to typecast it as
anything but what it is. It does, however, remind me on a
muted Conundrum.
I would definitely try this wine and use it as something
to either throw a twist in the action, or to bring out the
devilish nature in someone.
